- Cancellation for pre-order items will be accepted within 4 weeks of the order date, no cancellation is accepted after 4 weeks

- If you ever receive a damaged record, please send an email to shipping@neoncityrecords.com within 10 days of delivery with an attached photo /video.

- In case of returns, shipping and all related costs are the responsibility of the buyer to send it back to Neoncity Records.

- We do our best in providing extra protection when packing orders, and we are not responsible for damage that takes place during shipping.

- Records with slight warps that do not affect play are normal and will not be exchanged.
